  The absolute WORST customer service!!! Oh, and that was from the manager! I called to see if they could fax me a visa receipt and was told they don't fax -- ok, that's understandable faxing is becoming obsolete. But then I spoke to the manager to give him the information so when I came in I could just pick it up and he said: "No, you have to come in." I said I realized that but I was hoping to give him the information so that it would be ready for pick up when I arrived. Again he said "No we don't do that it takes, 15 seconds to do so we can do it when you get here!" I of course responded if it only takes 15 seconds, why can't you do it now and have it ready?" Again, he said "We don't do that!" I curtly responded that I hope does only take 15 seconds when I arrive. EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE GONE TO A HOBBY LOBBY I HAVE HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE -- IT DOESN'T MATTER WHEN OR WHERE - MANAGER OR SALES PERSON. I truly believe that they train them to be RUDE!

  Worst customer experience! Ordered fabric for my wedding along with floral arrangements at this location. Not only did they not call me to inform me of my order, they lost all of my items. The worst part is the lady in floral that I was speaking to blamed me for not having my rain check as if it is my fault that they did not place the order. Therefore, I would not recommend this location as you can not count on getting the items you entrust them to order. Absolute worst customer of service!!! After working in retail for over ten years, you learn that the customer is always right. If you can't even appease the client and apologize and try to resolve the issue, you have no business working in this industry. Just show up for a paycheck and call it good!
